Returns & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 4–5 business days. You will receive a refund confirmation email with a screenshot of the transaction as proof.

1. Refund Timeline

  1. Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery
  2. We arrange a free pickup from your address
  3. We receive and inspect the returned product
  4. Refund is processed within 4–5 business days of receiving the product

2. How You Will Receive Your Refund

  • Prepaid orders — Refunded to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
  • COD orders — Transferred to your UPI ID or bank account details provided at the time of the return request

3. Refund Confirmation

Once your refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a screenshot of the transaction for your reference. If you do not see the amount credited within the mentioned timeframe, please contact us — we will be happy to assist.

4. Important Notes

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Refunds are only applicable for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered
  • Change of mind returns are not eligible for a refund
  • Complete documentation must be submitted when raising a return request
