1. About These Terms

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on nuyme.com and form a binding agreement between you and Woddy (operating as Nuyme). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on nuyme.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Product Listings & Pricing

All prices on nuyme.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We make every effort to ensure product information, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colour may vary slightly due to screen display settings

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order on nuyme.com:

You will receive an order confirmation email — this confirms we have received your order, not that it has been accepted
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability
Your order is confirmed only when it has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation

5. Payment

We accept payments via the methods available at checkout, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable
All online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway. Nuyme does not store your payment details
For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery
Nuyme reserves the right to withdraw COD as a payment option at any time without prior notice

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders must be accepted and paid for at the time of delivery
Refusing a COD order at the door without a valid reason is not eligible for a refund and may result in COD being disabled for future orders from the same address or account
If you wish to cancel a COD order, please contact us before it is dispatched

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India via our courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, and Bluedart
Estimated delivery timelines are 4–7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates and not guaranteed
Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control
A tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order is dispatched
Nuyme is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 99675 52781 or emailing care@nuyme.com
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Returns & Refunds Policy
Nuyme reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Nuyme's liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased on nuyme.com.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from purchases made on nuyme.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
